He would show up without notice, not communicate with the current tenants, and treat us with contempt. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Tim has been the #1 sales rep with Century 21 for several years for a reason! He was extremely thoughtful and helpful in all of our home viewings. Not sure why other reviewer stated what she did, but this was not how we saw Tim in action as he showed us numerous homes before finding us the home we live in (in the City of S.L.O.). We have referred him to our sons, who both purchased local homes through him, and several friends. All absolutely loved dealing with him. He is truly is one of the most honest, thoughtful, and knowledgeable real estate persons I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend Tim Riley to you!By gene gailey, November 27, 2016
