  I have worked with David Arrona several times, both for refinancing and for purchasing a home. He is the best mortgage broker I have ever worked with, and I would definitely work with him again in the future. He takes the time to put together a spreadsheet that gives all of the data you need, and a short video that walks you through it. He is personable, professional, knowledgeable, responds promptly to any questions, and expedites the process so it gets done very quickly. I would highly recommend him.

  We were referred to David by some close friends. He was so amazing to work with in our refinance. The turn around time for questions, documents and suggestions were immediate. At the beginning of our refinance he took time to put together three very informative spreadsheets with a video explanation to help us choose what loan option would be best for our family. The video was so helpful in choosing our option. We live in Santa Maria and we were able to finalize everything via email and secure loan document portals. I would highly recommend David Arrona. He was incredible.

  My husband and I recently bought our first house and used David as our broker. We knew close to nothing about the process and timeline, and couldn't have asked for a better mentor to help us. David was always friendly and available to answer questions, give advice, and kept the process moving swiftly. We were even able to close early due to his organization and management.
